Refund policy

Never Mind kits and refills. For safety and hygiene, kits and refills can’t be returned once opened. Unopened items can be returned within [14] days of delivery for a refund.

Apparel. Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within [14] days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong item. Email [your email] within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you.

How to start a return. Email [your email] with your order number. Return shipping is [paid by the customer / covered by us]. Refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of receiving the return.

Sale and limited items are final sale.
